Fees

Initial consultation - £460 per hour (sessions longer than an hour will be charged accordingly) – includes recommendations for joint planning.
Follow up appointments - £460 for an hour long session £230 for a 30-minute session Additional fees are charged for indirect liaison (phone calls to other professionals (longer than 10 minutes, repeat scripts for controlled medication sent in post, report analysis etc.), and report writing, at a proportion of the charges for direct time. Because each assessment varies according to need, it is difficult to quote a firm price for assessment to diagnosis.
 
In addition, therapeutic sessions are highly individualised. However, we will provide a written itemised estimate following the initial appointment on the understanding that if this should change it will be fully discussed with you in advance.

Payment of Fees

We will send an invoice for fees payable, which are normally made cheque or paid via BACS transfer following the session, unless you hold Private Medical Insurance (see below), within 07 days of invoice.

Private Medical Insurance

If you hold Private Medical Insurance (PMI), please check the reimbursement level that will be available to you from your relevant provider for the therapy. If your PMI reimbursement does not cover the fees in full, the difference between the fee and the PMI reimbursement will be payable.

Cancellation policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. 24 hours notice is required for cancellation. Where there is less notice, or you fail to attend your appointment, the fee for that session will be incurred.
The clinician will endeavour to give you as much advance notice as possible if there is any need to cancel a future appointment.
